August is shaping up to be a great month for releases.
First the Avett Brothers, and now Grace Potter. It’s wonderful watching these jam scene artist’s evolve and produce beautifully produced cd’s while touring successfully. Here’s an interview with Grace in Harp. She’s a live riot. (Check out the second article on Gracism’s). — Love her a long time now.

Nicole Atkins is next. I think they pushed back the release of Neptune City, and Ben Harper has a release on 8/28.
While I’m waiting, I’m playing The Alternate Routes’ Good and Reckless and True. I met Tim Warren and was blown away by their performance. It’s a great summer.
I can see why she’s on your list, shouter. Really like her sound….musically and non-musically. She’s a straight shooter like me! Love the Paradise Rock Club quote and the one you didn’t post regarding boobs! You go girl! Wonder if iTunes will carry the CD or single? I’ll have to note Aug. 7th on my planner.
